- St. Paul has available the services of a special needs teacher through a partnership with Lutheran Special Education Ministries in Detroit. This half-day program supports the academic learning of students who demonstrate a need for assistance. A reading specialist is also on staff to assist those students with reading difficulties. However, St. Paul does reserve the right to direct parents or guardians of special needs students to other educational agencies if it is determined that St. Paul cannot adequately serve the needs of the student.
- All who are denied enrollment may appeal to the Board of Education.
- Families who wish to re-enroll students for the following school year pay a re-enrollment fee of $150 for the first student and $50 for each additional student. This money is not refundable but will be applied to tuition.
- When new enrollees are offered placement, they must pay an additional $150 to secure this spot. This money is not refundable but will be applied to tuition.
Enrollment is not limited to children of members of St Paul Lutheran Church, but is open to any parents who want their children to have Christ-centered instruction. The general order of acceptance for children in grades K-8 as classroom space is available is as follows:

- Children where one or both parents or guardians are members of area LCMS congregations or full-time called staff members at the other area LCMS congregations.
- Children who are not included in any of the above categories.
Admissions priority within the various categories is based on the date when an application is received in the school office.
