Auxiliary Groups:
1.) Book Fair Committee and Helper
The goal of these positions are to establish a book fair theme, organize volunteers, advertise, and decorate the learning center per theme, and assist with the set-up of the fair. The helpers provide assistance to potential buyers, calculate sales amounts and complete the sales.
2.) Box Tops Coordinator and Helper
The coordinator must enroll the school in the Box-Tops program each year and read the manual for new items that have been added to the collection of box tops. The coordinator and helpers sort, trip, and bundle box tops and mail them with the completed forms.
3.) PTL Garage Sale Coordinator and Helpers
The coordinator must organize the annual fundraising garage sale and recruit volunteers to assemle the material, help sel the day of the garage sale then dispose of the unsold material after the sale. (The garage sale is a two day weekend affair).
4.) PTL Handbook Coordinator and Helpers
To gather the needed information from about 15-20 different people. The information is typed in an attractive format. The final copy is duplicated by the St. Lorenz copy room and one book goes to each family. The coordinator recruits helpers to assemble the books and helps in the mailing.
